Ooooh… so sweet this tender shade of Pink. It evokes a smile, an inexplicable sense of lightness & wonder. And scientists claim it does not even exist? They say it’s because it is not part of the light spectrum. Curiously, it takes the combination of red and violet to produce Pink, and these two colours, which – if you look at a rainbow – are on the opposite sides!

We’ll not argue with the scientific experts but our take on this is that Pink does exist because as humans, we have our own extra-spectral way to interpret the visual world.  Collectively, we have visualized pink, felt it and acknowledged its existence.

Colorplan lets you play with the darker or lighter shades of pink with Fuschia and Candy Pink.

We’ll be happy to feature your projects on Colorplan too. Please share them with us.
