Crane's Crest
Crane's Crest is one of the finest stationery papers you can find. Zenas Crane's eponymous paper mill opened in Massachusetts in 1770 and its 100% cotton paper quickly became the first choice of the upper echelons of Boston society.
Paper stocks crossed the Atlantic and by the mid-1800s, pigeon post in Europe had lost its wings when Crane & Co's correspondence paper and matching envelopes (the oldest set of 100% cotton matching envelopes in the world) became the fashionable way to stay in touch!
